Shipping Rates:

We offer a standard shipping rate of $5 for all orders in the United States. Please note that this is for every product that we offer EXCEPT for the Hippie Hued Merchandise. All merchandise orders are shipped through a 3rd party provider, and shipping rates may vary depending on state/region and weight. For all International orders, various shippingĀ rates may apply depending on country/region and weight.


Delivery Times:

Standard shipping orders within the United States typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping orders, when directly requested, typically arrive within 2-3 business days. International shipping orders typically arrive within 7-12 business days.

Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can track your order status at any time by logging into your Hippie Hued account or by contacting our customer service team.

Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges for items that are in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange.

International Shipping:

We ship internationally to most countries around the world. Please note that international shipping rates may vary depending on the destination and the weight of the order. You will be able to view the exact shipping rates for your order at checkout.

Customs and Duties:

International customers may be responsible for paying customs and duties upon arrival of their order. These fees are assessed by the customer's country of residence and are not included in the shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We do not cover lost or stolen packages directly. However, if you would like to receive protection, we offer a route protection plan through a 3rd party company called Route that customers can purchase at the point of sale.
