ONLINE PURCHASES RETURN & REFUND POLICY
For Merch Screen Printed and Embroidery Items: All Items are final sale due to being made by order. Items CANNOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR STORE CREDITED.
For Reclaimed, Vintage and Hand-Picked Items: Online store purchases of reclaimed clothing or accessories can be returned for a refund WITHIN 7 days of the date the items are received. Any returns AFTER 7 days of receiving items, will no longer be accepted for return. All returned items MUST BE UNWASHED, UNWORN, AND UNDAMAGED. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once items have been returned to the sender. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
Not Quite Perfect?
Clothing that has been received with damages within 7 days of the date the items are received, please contact email@example.com. We will handle the damaged items on a case-by-case basis with our ultimate goal being making our Hippies Happy. We stand behind our one of a kind clothing and services, and want customers to be satisfied with them.
How to Mail Back an Online Return
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for return label info. Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return within 7 to 10 business days. As soon as your return is complete, we'll e-mail you and let you know.
Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
Hand-Picked items are acceptable for exchange in size if desired size is available.
